Cancellation Policy

Payment Terms & Conditions Retainer & Booking A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. Your date is not reserved until the retainer has been received and a signed agreement is on file. The retainer is applied toward your total balance. Final Payment The full balance must be paid before images will be shared. Failure to pay the full balance by this date may result in cancellation of services without a refund of prior payments. Cancellations & Refunds All retainers and payments are non-refundable. If the client cancels the portraits or changes the date, payments made cannot be refunded, but may be applied toward a future session at the photographer’s discretion. If the photographer is unable to perform due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, all monies paid will be refunded in full (including the retainer). Rescheduling To cancel or reschedule please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. Weather reschedules will be at the photographer's discretion. Delivery Final galleries will be delivered within 3 weeks of the session date via an online gallery.
