Date and location subject, but unlikely, to change due to unforeseen events such as, but not limited to, road closures and bad weather.

• Coverage: starting three hours to sunset, 5:15PM

• Images Delivered: minimum 100 image downloads, each with personal and print rights. All images delivered.

• Gallery Delivery: 2-3 weeks

• Online Gallery Hosted: Minimum 90 days

*Investment & Payment Terms

Shared group session: $950

Non-Refundable Retainer (due to reserve date): $280 PAID

Shared Remaining Balance: $670 (non-refundable, due AFTER photography service has been performed.)

Individual Balance: $95.71

*• The retainer reserves your time/date and is non-refundable.

• The remaining balance covers the time spent photographing, it is due AFTER your session via link to this website, it is nonrefundable as service will already have been provided.

• Final edited images will be delivered ONLY after total payment has been recieved and group balance is $0.

*Image Delivery & Licensing

Client’s session includes all edited digital images of their choosing from the final proof gallery.

Upon full payment of the session balance, Client will receive high-resolution digital files of the selected images with personal print rights. Print rights allow Client to print for personal use only. Client's commercial use, competition, resale, or alteration is prohibited.

The final gallery will not be delivered until the remaining session balance has been paid in full.

*Payment Terms

A non-refundable retainer was required to reserve the session date. The retainer secures Photographer’s time and is not transferable.

The remaining session balance of $670 is due after the session has been completed. The proof gallery will be provided once the balance is paid in full.

*No images will be delivered until all outstanding balances have been satisfied. Clients have 30 days to pay balance or they forfeit their retainer and images. If more time is needed please contact Daydreamer Photography as soon as possible for payment plans and extensions.

All payments are non-refundable once services have been rendered.

*Insurance & Liability

Daydreamer Photography carries general liability insurance for accidents caused by the photographer’s actions or equipment. This coverage does NOT extend to:

• Client or guest actions

• Vendor actions

• Environmental hazards

• Damage to client or venue property

*Equipment Failure, Weather & Catastrophic Loss

Client understands electronics may fail and outdoor sessions involve risks such as rain, sudden weather, or equipment falling into water. If equipment failure or weather-related damage prevents completion or delivery:

• The session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

• If rescheduling is not possible, all payments will be applied as credit to a future session.

*Force Majeure

If illness, natural disaster, government restriction, or events beyond the Photographer’s control prevent performance, all payments will be credited toward a future event.

*Assumption of Risk, Release & Indemnification

Clients acknowledge outdoor risks such as uneven terrain, cliffs, weather, wildlife, and behavior of children or animals. Clients assume full responsibility for themselves, minors, guests, and pets. Photographer is not liable except in cases of gross negligence. Clients agree to be respectful and follow all venue rules.

*Artistic Style

Client understands that Daydreamer Photography’s work reflects the photographer’s artistic judgment, including choices related to lighting, color, mood, composition, and editing. No specific image is guaranteed. Artistic choice is at the photographer's discretion and is not grounds for resolution, reschedule, or a refund.

*Interference & Safe Working Environment

Photographer is not responsible for compromised images due to guests, vendor obstructions, or venue restrictions.

Photographer reserves the right to leave the event if subjected to harassment, unsafe conditions, or aggressive behavior. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

*Limitation of Liability

Photographer’s total liability is limited to the total fees paid.

RAW files and unedited images are the sole property of the Photographer and are not given to clients under any circumstances.

*Copyright & Image Use

Daydreamer Photography retains full copyright to all images.

Client is granted personal-use rights.

Social Media Credit

When sharing images online, please credit: @daydreamerphotova

I do NOT grant permission for my images to be used by Daydreamer Photography for social media.

*Entire Agreement & Severability

This document constitutes the full agreement. Changes must be in writing and signed by both parties. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect.

*Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

*Electronic Signatures

Electronic signatures are valid and binding.
